Every piece is built to order. Standard lead time is 30 business days from order confirmation. In peak season, lead time can extend to 45 days - the manager will confirm in advance.

3 years on the frame, 1 year on upholstery
We cover frame manufacturing defects for 3 years from purchase and upholstery wear for 1 year. Full terms are in the contract.
